The people working in the service department were friendly and professional. The "system" for evaluating and diagnosing engine problems is broken and way too costly, however. I declined service. "We'll cover the cost of the rental IF you agree to an additional service" (not immediately necessary) along with the one service that was very important... That sounds manipulative and NOT professional. I will not return. Cost prohibitive.
