My repair was handled quickly and at a reasonable cost. The serviceman handling my case, Joe, was particularly understanding in trying to get me lowest cost possible for replacement of new tire I had only gotten weeks before, but had gotten a screw in subsequently & simple patch could not be done because of where screw was in the tread.

Was not happy with my service after my tire rotation I noticed that my front tires is not riding a smooth as it was the tires on my car is not that old. Do not know what they did, but I'm gonna have to make an appointment to take it back that's why I read it as a two other than that it's OK

They contacted me by text saying they had a car with a certain value and mileage. I asked them to contact me if the car was sold. I arrived for the appointment and the car was sold. Also quoted price with $3000 higher than I was told on the Internet and by the salesman. I would never use Springfield Ford for anything.

People are always so nice. A little pricier than other service options. Always seem to find "something" that "should" be done. With all that being said, the work is always done professionally and competently. They have been servicing my Ford vehicles for almost 15 years.
