The people and the service at Spring Valley Ford are GREAT! The service is so thorough and the people are friendly and helpful! I bought my car here and I only have it serviced here! Our 2016 Ford Edge wouldn't recognize the key fobs, it turned out to be the body control module. They picked up the vehicle changed the part and delivered it back to our house, plus gave us a loaner vehicle. Great service.

When we went to purchase the sales kid didn't have any answers for the questions that we had. He also would not work with us on the price, even though we had found one with more features for less. We are going to keep looking to find a better deal and find someone with knowledge of what they sell.

Annitta, I am sorry to read that you and your Mom had a bad experience when you visited our store. As far as the negotiating of price, sometimes we truly are at our bottom dollar even though we may not be the lowest price on the Internet. It also seemed that the Encore may not have been the vehicle of choice due to concerns you and your Mom had about the liftgate design. With being a Ford store I am unable to certify a GM Encore but we offer extended service plans to fit most peoples needs. We strive to make everyone who visits Spring Valley Ford have a pleasant one and for failing to do that I apologize again.

I really felt the sales staff was helpful and the price was beyond fair. However the finance manager was childish when I didn't want the extended protection, to the point that my children where asking what happened to make the man angry. It totally soured an otherwise great experience.

I dont know anything about cars when it comes to fixing things under the hood. And it is hard to trust car repair shops. I went to Spring Valley Ford, and they gave the best car repair service. So now, even a simple oil charge, i go to them. I drive with confidence because i know my vehicle is well maintained by the best people. And did I mention that their crew are polite, courteous and respects their customers? Yeah, that.
