The team at Spradley KIA is always nice, friendly and fast. I took the time to look at new models on the lot and a sales person immediately came out to greet me. The service was affordable and they honored to coupon I brought in. Hard to beat that.

Took 8 months to replace motor.car has crack in windshield and dents and scratches that were not there.left trash in car.water bottles and wrappers.made me purchase set of tires said they would not be able to test drive without new tires and a battery also.very poor service also have parts in back seat and 2 bolts that I found.

The A/C in my car has been broken since July 22, 2023 and this shop is not being diligent or thorough in their troubleshooting techniques having said they had the cars A/C fixed 5 times but yet it was and is still not reliable. It has failed every time I have been given my car's completed service. It is still in the shop with no repair scheduled on Sep 8, 2023.

We were not very satisfied as we took the vehicle in because the gas gauge was not working. They ordered the parts, kept my car for most of the day and then a couple weeks later, my car stalled. My gas gauge showed I had a half a tank of gas and needless to say I was completely out of gas. They did not fix the issue. I have now had to take my vehicle to another Kia Dealer to get it fixed.

regularly changed the oil and filter, rotated tired, checked the brakes etc. this vehicle has 50,000 miles and a connecting rod failed in the engine. the dealership took 3 weeks to look at it and after 6 weeks i finally get a decision the warrenty will not cover the repairs. i asked why not, the person i spoke to doesnt know why. unhappy with kia and their warrenty department.

I had an extended warranty that would cover my repairs but it was almost impossible to get hold of the claims adjuster but the service representative took the extra time needed to follow through and get the authorization. Once they received it the repairs were done in quick time.

The service was fine by the personnel in the shop area, HOWEVER, I bought a service contract for oil changes for $399 that had coupons for the oil changes. With 2 coupons left, I was informed they were no longer honored, but they did give the oil change for free. I feel that I'm still owed 1 oil change that will not be honored.

I had work done for a recall and an oil change. It took much longer, 5 hours total, than expected. The service people were very nice, and kept me updated. The service manager didn't charge for the oil change since it took so long. I would go back there for service again and would recommend them to anyone.
