I took my truck in for a faulty camera. My oil was changed AGAIN when I specifically requested it not be done, because it didn't need it. Twice they've done that. While I didn't pay for the oil change, they aren't listening to what the customer is saying needs to be done. However, the work they do is good work and my truck is returned to me clean and ready.

I spent 2 hours waiting for an oil change. When I got home I realized I had an oil leak. They had to send out a person to fix it (which was great). I guess they didn't tighten the "o" ring. This is actually the second time this happened to me when I went there to get an oil change. They were very accommodating though.

If you're planning on waiting for your vehicle to get serviced here, bring a pillow. With a scheduled appointment, it took them 3 hours to complete my oil change and tire rotation. I can drive to Colorado Springs, get the service done, and drive back home faster than that!

It wasn't until I had been waiting an hour and a half when I went and asked for a time, I was then told it would be at least another 1.5 hours. When I take my Nissan in, if I have an appointment, my car is done within 45 minutes every time. Do better.
