Had my 36K/36 month service at Sport Subaru North. Check-in was fast and efficient. My Service Advisor communicated status through out my visit. Only took 50 minutes for oil/filter change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection including a car wash. Excellent service!!

All staff are very friendly and professional. They always give an estimate of the work so you can approve it prior to it being done. The service my car needed required several hours so I got a free loaner car so I didn't have to wait in their lounge. Although it is a very nice lounge too.

Always very welcoming and no pressure to upsell on services. However, for oil change and tire rotation it took 2 and 1/2 hours and that was with 7:30 AM appointment! Two years ago I would have been out in an hour or less. The extra paperwork is not worth my time!

Went to the dealer for warning lights in the dashboard, the problem was resolved but added to my issues list a dent 1 inch in diameter and a shattered tail light. I complained to the service department more than a week ago. Still haven't heard from them.

Paul was able to procure a $3500 allowance from Subaru to pay for engine - transmission repairs, they gave us a loaner for the week. Great service. My only complaint, all of these repairs should not be required on a well cared for Subaru with only 45k miles. We still have $1000 of work left to do....

The service advisor told me I had to submit a claim for my damaged rim and gave me the number to call. When I called that number, they told me the dealer had to initiate the claim. I talked to another service advisor, I emailed him pictures of the damage. He was supposed to initiate a claim and call me back with an appointment, I have not heard back.

Had my 30 month service at Sport Subaru. Check in was fast and efficient. Due to low mileage, they did only the necessary service (oil/filter change, tire rotation, and software update). I waited at the dealership while work was completed. Sport Subaru has a comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks which made the wait go by quick. Check out was just as easy. Spent 3000 ...Took it in because window wouldn't go up and down on occasion and door locks wouldnt work from door button sometimes. They fixed all sorts of other problems they found BUT the window. They said because its ok right now they didnt want to repair something it might not be. 2 days later I had to bring it back and tell them what to fix ...very annoyjng
