Everyone was very nice. I would recommend checking tire pressure and all fluid levels during each visit. I had to specifically ask for these services that I believe should be included in a basic service anytime a car runs through.

The splash in Maumelle is absolutely the best you can go year around. It's covered if you want your vehicle detailed or you want to vacuum it . Customer Service is top-notch. It's my favorite place to go all the time. I have a subscription for every car in my household.

This is all I want to write,you should give people the choice of what they want to say some people may take offense just to have someone to reply with anything positive should be sufficient!! Just my thoughts.
Is better to have a short positive feedback than a long negative one.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Oil change was quick. They attempted to rotate my tires but due to the set up of their workspace and my running boards they couldn't complete the rotation, but were very apologetic about it. Free car wash with oil change! Highly recommend!

Very fast service. Helpful crew. Purchased a basic membership earlier that day and received 30% off oil change, paying under $100 for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, not to mention a carwash which was included in unlimited membership. In and out in less than 45 minutes for all of it.

Somehow broke off my deer whistle and tries to ziptie it back on, which it looked so tacky and nonoperative.. they should have told me and given it to me instead of using zipties on my car.
I was so upset and didn't understand why they would not tell me what happened. Very unprofessional. My first and now my last time visting your establishment.
