Expeditious service and reasonable price. Alerted me to likely, future repair of brake pads/rotor, but did not try to pressure me to act immediately. Disappointed that did not get complimentary car wash, which is supposed to be lifetime benefit because of new car purchase.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service appointment. I received a video from the service technician reviewing the repair process; the technician's tone appeared as annoyed and disinterested in my service request. The service requested was not performed as it would be "too much work" for the technician. Additionally, I was charged $500.00 for a 20K service check. That is a bit ridiculous for a car less than 2 years old.

Fast service and a short waiting time to check in for my appointment. Excellent customer service and very helpful and courteous staff. Will definitely do business with again.

Did everything as recommended by the manufacture. Mechanic showed a video of concerns on my brakes, during the free inspection tire rotation . Made me feel like I can certainly trust this dealership with my car.

Didn't appreciate the manager inferring I was lying about damage to my driver seat during maintenance appointment. Most likely will no longer use this dealership. We will purchase our next Subaru, most likely an Acsent, with some other dealer.

I likes the thorough assessment of the status of my vehicle. I did not like the fact that my total maintenance cost was over $5,000, especially in regards to PA state inspection. There were items listed that were not needed, i.e. cabin air filter, when I do a DIY once a year.

Spitzer is not my normal surface garage and I needed them in an emergency and they came through with a loaner car and fixed the problem as well as communicated with my regular garage who paid for the service as it was an issue from some work that they had done for me prior to going to Spitzer

The service manager and the technicians were very willing to listen to my concerns about my after purchase foot controls in regards to their ability to drive my car. The service was done professionally and with in a realistic time frame. I enjoyed the video of the service of my car when I got home. They even washed my car at this same time!!!!!

Very friendly as usual, but service this time took a lot longer. I don't think it needed to keep me waiting that long. But, this is a minor criticism because, overall the years I've dealt with Johnson/spitzer, they have done a great job. I'm happy to have my Subaru serviced there.

This was a complimentary oil change/tire rotation. Yet, the people exhibited superb attention and service. It even provided a video of the mechanic reviewing the brakes, tires, etc. The waiting area was pleasant with refreshments available. Honestly, the attention to detail seems unreal.
