One minute it's covered. 3 hours later it isn't. Did everything that he could do to get it down to $375. Picked up 5 hours later. The writer is not there. Lexi helped my son. She noticed a lot of missing paperwork and many inconsistencies. After she straightened it all out, it was covered and he walked with a $224 charge.

The service manager was excellent in keeping me informed about my vehicle issues. The repairs very good. Unfortunately had a long wait for parts, caliper bracket was rusted and needed replacement, not many of those parts around, but Spitzer was able to locate a set nearby.

They fixed my car just fine but the communication between me and the dealership was totally MESSED UP. First I got a text message with outragus prices, then when I called on the phone I got strange instructions. The top off was they said that they would call me when my car was ready but the next day I found an E-Mail telling me my car was ready. It was very screwed up.

I took my 2018 Wrangler in for aGPS recalibration, oil change and tire rotation. During the GPS work, they "fried" my radio. They said it will cost 1000.00 to replace. Also the next day when I went to start my car, it was completely dead. So whatever they did, left something running to drain the battery overnight. Needless to say, after I have my car towed back, I will be speaking with the manager.

Showed up @ 8am,sat in my truck for 40 mins and nobody approached. Was told 4 hr job. Truck was not ready till next day about noon. Was dropped off at home..no one called or communicated that my truck would not be finished. Was supposed to be picked up @8am..Driver showed up @ 12:30pm! Terrible service. Very disappointed!

Drop-off and pick-up took a very long time. Paul was helpful but things seemed a bit chaotic and I was waiting too long for my liking. Also had a question about a previous service cost which was being researched but no one has gotten back to me about it.

Everything was great only thing I didn't like I call they said I don't need to make a appointment for oil change when I get there guy ask if I made an appointment thought I was not going to get service told him on the phone they said I didn't have to make one he took me anyway but said it was going to be 2 hours took almost 3 miscommunication next time I'll try again to make an appointment other than that everything great

Vehicle has been at the shop over a month & giving me the run around about parts on order. Called multiple times & the never want to return my call. Then finally say parts on the truck & then the truck breaks down. 2 days later & somehow my part is not on the truck. Horrible dealership/ customer service!

It was great that they allowed me to walk in and have air put in my tires without having an appointment. As soon as I walked in, someone said hello and asked me to wait a few minutes as he was having issues with his computer. Another person walked in shortly and asked how can I help you? I can do simple repairs and maintenance. But Today's vehicles there aren't very many simple repairs. I don't trust the corner repair shops. So I insist on factory authorized dealers to do my repairs. Spitzer is one of them. Pricey, but I know the technicians are certified top notch and use OEM parts. So when I can't fix the problem I go to Spitzer Chrysler Jeep.

Horrible service. Workers were unorganized and confused. We had an early morning appointment and didn't get a phone call for a solution until early afternoon. Worse part- Service tech misdiagnosed the issue after explaining which specific part needed replacement!

Excellent service from the dealership. Staff is very polite and understanding. They answered all my service requests. The only thing that may need to improve is the tv station channel in the waiting area. The Saturday talk show was not interesting to watch and listen to. The coffee was good. The chairs in the waiting area were very comfortable.

Stay away from this place. I had no communication with my services advisor. After leaving multiple messages I ask to speak with someone else and they tell me he was let go. Which is fine, though they failed to have anyone call and give me these details. I had zero communication about what was even being done to my car then this guys tells me after the fact after all repairs were made. Stay away from this place
