They worked dilegently to work out my problem with my car the only thing they need work on is keeping you updated about your car most times if I didn't call I wouldn't get informed I know they busy but a phone call takes less then five minutes

had a oil change @ tire rotation but tires didn't get rotated technician said they did it. technician lied what they did on the analysis on my vehicle they admit to service advisor that they didn't rotate the tires. I had my tires marked that's how i knew it wasn't done waiting to hear from services advisor for refund for the services

Absolutely awful customer service to deal with start to finish. Took a MONTH for them to confirm the issue was covered by warranty (which I knew for certain the day I dropped it off). They refused to provide a loaner / cover my rental for that month. Then they took two more months to complete service. Getting updates was like pulling teeth. Lots of attitude in every interaction.

Seen van on car fax went to dealership they said the van wasn't there they said they weren't sure where it was then said they would call me when it came back from wherever so I waited a week called back still didn't have it they said they will call me when it's back never got a call so not doing business with them

They squeezed me in for a flat tire on their busy schedule. It was determined that I needed to replace three tires. They gave me a ride home because the tire was an odd size and needed ordered it. It arrived the next day. I was called when the job was completed at a reasonable price. Thanks Spitzer's Service Department

On 12/06/24 I was made aware the wrong part was sent.Through no fault of their own, they took care of the problem. On 12/20/24 the wheel bearing was replaced. The friendly staff at the service department was very efficient, did quality work, and had excellent communication during this entire process. I would give them 5 stars, and highly recommend this service department!

The moment I dropped off the car, everyone was super nice, they even offered to take me to work and they picked me up once the car was done. The driver was amazing, the other guy at the front desk once you drop off your car at service i believe his name is Gregory, was absolutely amazing.
