Received my towed car even though the appointment wasn't until the next day. Thorough explanations before and after service. Friendly shuttle driver who also had knowledge to share on both of my cars. Someone cleaned my front window and windshield. Nice touch! I've used Spiteri's many times and will continue. Friends of mine now also go there.

Spiteri's is always so helpful, explaining everything, and getting the work done quickly. It took me years to find an auto service that I felt was completely transparent, easy to work with, and reasonably priced (for the peninsula!). I hope I can save you that trouble of trying many different shops with this recommendation!

Spiteri's is a very honest auto repair service. They tell me if they are watching something and will check it again at my next service, but they don't insist I have it done immediately. I trust whatever they tell me, and they keep my car in excellent running order.

Great experience. The staff were incredible, loads of prompt communication. And they offer a shuttle service so you can go home while you wait and get picked up when your car is ready.
I felt it was a great value and I also felt they listened to my concerns, rather than brushing me off, when I was describing an issue I was having with my car. Really fantastic service.

I had an unusual noise coming from my engine while idling so I took it to Spiteri's. They diagnosed that it was a bad water pump within a half hour of me waiting. I then arranged to have them order the part and I brought my car in the next day where they repaired it that day.

Great service, they are very honest and transparent on what repairs are needed. Courtesy ride to Caltrain station is nice too. I like that they have an option for paying online and after hours pickup which is very convenient.
