The tire that was expected to be driven 50 miles without going totally flat barely went 10 miles. We were stranded in the city waiting for a tow truck. We had to get a new tire. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in anything to do with this expensive vehicle. It was not the fault of the service shop, but I did not feel the service shop was concerned. There was no explanation for why the problem occurred.

Much concern about difficult solving VSC problem. However, after MANY trips problem was solved. Passed emissions test. Yes, I would recommend this service with two additional to clients, ask questions and pay attention to all details.

Waiting for a battery under warranty change for 1.5 hours. Was told it was 289.00 . The Lexus 8 year warranty at 4.5 years was prorated an I would receive 25.00 off. That installation was 79.00 and not covered. If I was having a transmission replaced under warranty, would I have to pay to have it installed. The battery warranty is a scam.

My first experience with them was very good about a month ago when I needed a new battery with no appointment. My 2nd experience with them I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change. I waited over 2 hours and others in the waiting area said they had waited even longer for a scheduled service.

Derrick was pleasant and professional, I do like that you've added the mechanic doing a video of what is needed. I did not like that after being in the shop for five hours/the amount of money I spent for service that my car was not vacuumed, inside front windows not cleaned.
