Rick and his crew did an amazing job. My car looked brand new. So happy the car was waxed. I had 2 snow storms with ice and it came off my car so easy with very little effort on my part. It was nice to realize that new benefit of having my car done!! Was not anticipating that find!!

Sorry for this misunderstanding. Yes, we did perform a service to your vehicle. We removed your left side quarter glass at Saccucci Honda so they could repair your body damage on 01.02.24 and then we returned on 01.04.24 for reinstall this glass once the vehicle was painted. As a small business we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please consider changing or deleting this review as it is an unjustified one star review based on not knowing we actually did perform work to your vehicle. Thank you!

Our vehicle went to Spindle City via our auto body repair shop after we had a collision with a moose.
There is silicone residue from hand prints on our passenger side dashboard, doors and leather drivers seat from the windshield install.
The stuff is very difficult to remove and quite unsightly on our black interior.
Messy job.

I am sorry to hear this, we removed your windshield on 8/3 at the bodyshop & installed a factory windshield provided by the bodyshop on 9/18. Your vehicle never was brought into our shop. We take pre/post pics of each job we perform, feel free to contact us so that you can see that we didn't leave your vehicle in that condition. We are a small business who values our customer reviews- we will also be reaching out to the body shop to rectify this issue because we strive for 100% satisfaction.

Saccucci staff, Tom Blade and Michaela were helpful and professional and took all the wrinkles out of dealing with an expensive replacement. Amica was very helpful as well and the car is in perfect shape. Time and budget were estimated perfectly and my rental car was comparable. My car was detailed and perfect when I picked it up too.

Recently I noticed a crack in the windshield of my 2019 Forester. It took a few short phone calls to the Subaru dealer, my local auto insurance agent and Spindle City Glass to arrange for the replacement and re calibration of the cameras. After the initial calls the work proceeded without hitch.
They completed all the necessary paperwork. I am very impressed with the caliber of professional responsibility they showed me.
