This was being transacted over Christmas holiday. Wanted to see vehicle, salesperson said it was in shop being worked on and it would be about a week before ready. Checked back with salesperson January 2, that person said it was no longer there. It had been taken to auction. Was ready to buy just wanted to give final inspection.

Salesman was nice, not pushy. They were unable to answer my CAR HISTORY questions...specially, why a 5 yr old car already had 5 (private) owners, in 3 different states, and yet only showed 47,000 miles. At a floor price of 18,999, I needed to know what those 5 owners knew about & didn't like about this car?! Too many red flags...I walked away.

The staff was great and contacted me right away. I test drove the vehicle and loved it. I had my mechanic look at it and it was going to cost me significantly to fix some things. The staff offered to fix it or drop the price, but I declined. They were understanding and did not contact me again. Very respectful. I would recommend this dealership.
