A wide range of work was scheduled on my 2003 XKR, but once they started the project that found that some of the work only required a lessor fix. Saved me a good deal of money and frustration. Car runs and handles great now. Thank you for not taking advantage of the situation. Speed has always been honest and upfront with me. Glad I found them 25 years ago. Price for Mercedes B services requested seemed reasonable but needed to go back to the shop as engine air filter that was paid for, was not replaced and cabin dust filter was not properly installed. They tried to install the wrong size filter and I had to wait for them to go to a local auto parts store to get the correct cabin filter.

Need to a vehicle before giving it back to the customer. And black grease all over the passengers headrest very obvious car has been given back before not very clean. Need to make sure to put mat in floorboard and clean steering wheel.

On time appointment. Finished quickly. $50 synthetic oil change is a good price, but then they charged another $20 for two extra quarts of oil. Everybody plays this game. I don't think they make a car that only takes 5 quarts. Feels like auto shops are "gaming" us!

Repaired the easy stuff and failed to address the core issue. Told me the problem could only be addressed at a dealership (not true) AFTER doing the work they knew how to do. Another shop up the road--much more professional--made the necessary repairs, including re-doing the work Main Street Auto did (because it was faulty or was never done at all). Main Street Auto are not honest.

Excellent. Ready for my car at the appointment time. I asked about recommended checks and maintenance based on the milage. They took the time to look up and explain what might be needed. All work completed quickly and the car was ready to go much faster than I expected.

They're not honest. My truck just needed some oil. But they said I need a camshaft and it'll only take 45 minutes to get it done. They kept my truck for 2 days to do further inspection and after 2 days they called me that my truck needs serious repairs and if we don't perform it. It'll breakdown soon. They asked for $5300 to repair it. I told them No I don't need you to repair my truck. I wanna take it somewhere else. They charged me $420 to replace the camshaft that they didn't even replace. I brought my car to my mechanic and he said there was no kind of repair been done to my truck. They just add some oil and charged me $420.... do not trust these people.
