The over all service was okay but I am getting tired of having to clean my windows after the oil change due to them being cleaned improperly or without care using dirty towels or something. To me if your not going to do the job right then don't do it at all.

SpeeDee Associates are very well trained and professional, they checked my auto thoroughly and responded with additional repairs that needed to be done, ie the glovebox filter, which I will make appt with SpeeDee to have it replaced, that proactive mentally is priceless, I totally appreciate them.

The staff and manager/owner here were just excellent! They always are - I go here regularly. Everyone is friendly, professional and efficient. I can't help think that that is all a result of the manager/owner. It is a.very busy location, yet they work as quickly as they can and are always polite. I love this place! Aside from how nice the people are, they do excellent things work on my car! A+++!

I liked that they took my car even though they were super busy. What I did not like is that they did not call me to let me know that their mechanic had the day off when I thought my car would be worked on. Other than that, all was good.
