My car was running rough. They fixed some of the problem. They gave my car back to me still running rough and said I need to focus on ignoring coil pack. They should have fixed this problem since they changed spark plugs. I WON'T GO BACK!

I used my Groupon. However, nowhere on it does it indicate that there are hidden chgs other than"Additional fees may apply for extra quarts of oil and/or specialty filters." Groupon should be rewritten to let consumers know there will be "other" fees added on. Seems a bit shady as it is now.

Service was fine. I have had work done by SpeeDee for many years under several different owners. They did not check my tire pressure which was low. I returned to have my tires rotated and again, did not check my tire pressure which was still low. Their prices are higher than AAA where I usually have my maintenance done --- AAA does complimentary tire rotation with my oil changes.

There has been a complete turnover with staff twice within 2 years. They were all wonderful and professional, I have been a customer for many years at this same location and every time I visit they always make me feel like family and not a customer number.

We were served at the counter by Lee who we were told was from another store but he would not accept our Midis coupons that had the Speedee location address on them. We were not happy with our service. They are all about the up-sale but will not acknowledge a valid discount. On my last oil change I spent 186.00!!! The least they could have done was honor my 19.99 coupon. I do not think I will be returning to this location again.
