The guys over at SpeeDee have been taking care of my vehicles for years and always do a good job - not just changing the oil but providing a close technical inspection. I always drive away from their shop feeling like everything has been looked over carefully and is in good shape. The receipt does not match services rendered. My receipt read that my car was vacuumed and tire pressure checked. Neither was done I had to ask and remind again to check tire pressure before exiting. Lazy worker asked me to put my own sticker on the window. I usually top but this time I did not. They were friendly but just wasnt the level of customer service Im accustomed to

The 17-point oil change they offer is supposed to include vacuuming & a tire pressure check; neither was completed during the service. Every oil change place checks tire pressure during this type of service, there's no reason it should've been skipped. If we're going to pay this much for a high mileage oil change we expect to get the full service advertised, especially for something as important as tire pressure.

Excellent service. I take my car exclusively to Spee Dee and on a regular basis, no more than 4,000 miles between service. Personnel are knowledgeable, fast and polite. Highly recommend to friends and relatives. A lot of value for a very reasonable price.
