They broke my BMW 750li oil cap make me pay all fees include tow to next for shop . They lie that my cap has been broke , who had not use right tools and put too much strength to lock my cap lead to cracked . All cost fee over cap cost me 800 dollar would never go there again . Good luck going there

The mechanic told me I needed a coolant exchange service on my car, given the mileage - to which I agreed. I later found out they did not complete the service and it was done improperly. I know this because after visiting the shop, my check engine light came on and my A/C started blowing hot air. Upon further inspection, my coolant reservoir was bone dry. They drained my coolant without refilling it! So they sent me off their lot to drive my engine with no coolant in it and the charged me for an incomplete service. This was very dangerous and completely irresponsible of this business to do. I have since reached out and they are refusing to refund me for the service.
