The entire process took about 20 mins, and I didn't feel like they tried to upsell me on unnecessary services, which is something I've experienced at other places. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated on the progress.

The receptionist, Roberta...great personality & service & memory! The gentleman who took my car in!! And Michael Schubert, the mechanic who worked on my car & showed me how to change a faulty rear signal bulb, which wasn't in my owner's manual!!
Also, the waiting room had new chairs and was clean & pleasant to wait for my service!!

Charged heavily. Don't like their service . Small issue they charged a lot . Their service cost is greater than body parts . Out of 1400$ bill only their labor cost is 900$ . Getting service in south Boulevard is better than this .
