Team went over and above to help me with a recent tire issue. I purchased a new set of tires and unfortunately picked up a steel shank within a week and lost a tire. The team took care of it without charge! I was very grateful as this would have set me back - $300.

We've gone to Spartan Tire for over 20 years. The service is always exceptional and the quality is superb. The guys have often suggested alternative options before going directly to an expensive repair. I feel sure that I am being presented with a necessary recommendation. Spartan Tire Brighton is always great! They are always going above and beyond. They've driven me to work after dropping off my car. They don't try to pull one over on you. Unlike a lot of mechanics shops, they don't assume women don't know what they're talking about. Their prices are reasonable and the people are friendly. 100% recommend.

Walk in and they know your name. Prompt, courteous service. They never try to sell you anything you don't need. Dan, Rich, and Bill, the Service Advisors really know a lot about cars. If they don't know something, they'll tell you so and find out for you. Gotta respect a crew that won't try and BS their way through a sale just to make a sale!
