The service is fine. But I think they are using inferior parts or low grade parts. Had a water pump on my wife's jeep liberty replaced every year for the last 2 years or so. They don't seem to last more than a year. They need to address this problem which is consistent. If this continues may have to find a different place for service.

I just started taking my car to Sparks Auto Care this year and I will continue to take my car there until the end of time! They have changed my oil, replaced tires and patched my tire. Whenever I go in for a service, I'm not told I need a bunch of unnecessary things done to my car. I feel as a female, we can get taken advantage of but not here!! 10/10 recommend!

Great customer service, super fast and efficient. Called them and said my car broke down and asked if I could tow it there. They called me within 45 minutes of it arriving with a diagnosis. It was repaired same day. I had an issue with my warranty and called them a couple weeks later and they went above and beyond to help me get what I needed to submit a warranty claim. Highly recommend.

Service was quick and easy. They took my car last minute even though they were clearly very busy already. My only complaint is that after repairing the tire they did not air it back up to the recommended psi so I had to go find a place with air as I didnt see it until we were already on the road. Would recommend highly though as the staff is fantastic!
