My CRV needed recall work (airbag sensor replacement in the passenger seat). Set up an appointment with Space Coast Honda to have the work done. Everyone at SCH was courteous and professional. We were told beforehand that the work would take about 2 hrs , however it took closer to 3, which is my only complaint. I would recommend SCH for your next car purchase and service work.

The service was great. The wait time was minimal. A little problem with noise coming from the air vents. Called and was told to bring it back. They found the problem found the cause immediately. Apparently when they replaced the in cabin air filter there was some leaves left behind but once they cleared them out no more noise.

I expected better. I took my Pilot Elite in for an Auto Butler and paid interior detail. What I got appeared to be an interior vacuum and a wipe down. Window glass cleanliness was lacking, streaks on side windows, windshield had streak marks.
On mechanically and warranty work they have done a good job in the past. I wouldn't recommend them for an interior detail.

They crashed my van into another car while doing an oil change. They refused to give me their insurance information; they wanted to fix it "on the side". I had to go through my own insurance ($500 deductible) who is going to go after them to pay for it. They hang up on my Travelers insurance agent when he calls. I'll never be going back there even for an oil change, much less to buy a vehicle.
