Liz was outstanding. She kept us informed during the whole time. It was kinda shocking on the price of the Air filters. Liz showed us the filter and how dirty it was .Didn't show us the other filter. Anyway I would give Liz a 10 instead of the 5. She is an asset for your business.

My service was excellent, there were a lot of things that needed taken care of on my truck and all was done very well. The service guy I was working with couldn't have been nicer and he kept me informed all morning as to what was being done and approximately how much longer it would be. Super service and very clean facility.

Had issues with my car. They wasn't able to fix it but the advisor was easy to stay in contact with and keep me notified regarding my car. Had to take my car elsewhere to get fixed but I will still use Southwest Nissan again sometime in the future if needed.

The technician was friendly and really nice. The service (oil change and filter) was done in a reasonable time and he also showed me a picture of my air filter that needed changing so I had that and the cabin filter changed also. The service this time went a lot quicker than the last time (just filter and oil change). I'm happy with this experience and will continue using Southwest Nissan for my Kicks!

Took an hour just to do the multipoint inspection then another hour for the oil change AND I had an appointment. Staff was nice but every person that came in needed brake flushcoincidence?
