We have not had a pleasant experience. We have had to call all over and fight to have a simple recall issue addressed. This is our first and last Kia. From the initial purchase at the dealership to the post sale service, we have had nothing but trouble.

SW Kia does a first rate job keeping us up and running. Maintenance Reps are very polite, friendly, and, most importantly, competent. They are very good about keeping you posted as to the progress of the service on your vehicle and advising you to hold off if a service is not really needed at the time (much appreciated).

Horrible the service and the customer service is bad. I'm 25yr old male was treated as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I had an approval through Eastlake the guy told me it wasn't a "real approval" when speaking to West lake was told they just didn't want to accept mines and found me a bank.

It was horrible and whom ever worked on my car wasted some kind of milk product all over my dash and floor which left a horrible smell in my car that I had to get detailed after I got it returned then to say that I had to pay 575 for a thermostat with a 180 detail and replacement of the air filter because it was on it do not recommend this dealership they don't take care with your car

Easy to get to (even though I live north of downtown) and George/Jorge was an excellent service advisor. He explained everything well before, during and after the completion of my service needs. The service dept. has a bulletin board that shows what each milestone service appointment includes and what it costs. I will definitely go back to this dealer and service advisor for my future needs.
