Spent $4400 new motor on convertible top. Works wonderfully, fixed. Technician left grease fingerprints on driver side seat when pulling the seatback forward, acorns and leaves in the weatherstripping well and leaves in trunk. I sort of figured that would have been cleaned up a bit. :( Yes I would recommend this shop Always gets fixed . Customer service always great!

I continue to have my car serviced at Southwest Infiniti because of the full command the team has for the Infiniti line. I also appreciate the professional considerate manner in which they address one's auto concerns. I trust their Infinite team because they have always done me right.

I liked everything about my visit with infinity. My service person, Dallas, was knowledgeable about my car service record and was instrumental in having my insurance pay for work which came under the policy. He just did not take my money he was an advocate for me with the insurance company. He only advises me about work that's is needed, he does not recommend work that is not needed

The dealership had the tire I needed in stock and installed it in a reasonable period of time. Yet they could have replaced it much faster if they didn't spend so much time checking other areas, that I didn't ask them to check, and trying to convince me to let them perform additional services!

Omar met me at my vehicle as soon as I pulled into the bay. The waiting area was clen and comfy and the hot chocolate was amazing as it was 30 degrees outside. Wait time was minimal and my vehicle was washed with shiny tires! I couldn't be more pleased with the service at Southwest Infiniti.

My salesman Sel was very helpful and professional. I arrived to look at the car which was a beautiful car and better than I had expected. I decided that I could not purchase the car because it was larger than what would fit in my garage. A major disappointment but a great experience with Southwest Infiniti none the less.

I liked getting an email with video from service tech explaining services needed. However wish service rep would have followed up on a more timely manner. They washed my car but didn't vacuum inside.
