I can't say enough about the service you get from the mobile oil change from Ford. They are always friendly and reliable. They know what they are doing and it makes oil changes so much more adaptable to our schedule. I also like that they tell you during the inspection they perform if anything else is a concern or down the road. Very helpful to keep our Explorer up to date on maintenance.

From the beginning Blake took care of me like I owned the place. Got a ride from service department to home and when they were done they picked me up. I have never had a bad experience with any department of Southwest Ford in Weatherford, they are the best.

Great experience at Southwest Ford on Wednesday. Sean, my service advisor, took great care of me and my F150. Had the oil change and tire rotation done promptly, and replaced my truck battery as needed. Everything looks great. Even washed the truck! Highly recommended.

They did a great job, even washed my truck. The only negative is that they didn't update the oil change sticker which I rely on to tell me when my next service is due. I live 30 miles from the dealership so driving back to get a new one isn't worth the drive.

I was greeted promptly and courteously. Because I had an appointment everything was already in the system and all I needed to do was hang out. The works oil change was fast and my car was cleaned and vacuumed out when it was done. All in all it was a pleasure doing business with Southwest Ford.

my truck took two weeks to be repaired and while in the dealership possession a hail storm beat my truck up bad. I was expecting the dealer ship to take responsibility for the damage and repair but they said it was my responsibility to repair my truck. very disappointed and will never go back.

This dealer ships service department continues to disappoint. Did acknowledge there was a harsh shift but wouldn't fix it. On top of that they left it out in the weather and it got Major hail damage. Second time this has happened to us at this dealership

SW Ford performed two recalls on the Bronco Sport. They had the vehicle for about 3 hours and sent a courtesy vehicle to pick me up. Excellent service. Cole, my service advisor, kept me informed throughout the process. Rick, my courtesy driver was friendly and did a great job as well. I appreciate the personalized service I receive and the work the technicians performed was excellent as well.

What I thought was going to be repaired under warranty turned out to also be an insurance claim. Sean Riley my Service Advisor was absolutely Outstanding and Supportive in helping me navigate the process. The insurance company dropped the ball, but Sean stayed on them and got the $8k plus repairs get done.

I didn't like that Five Star advertises an internet price with all these rebates but doesn't allow for commercial financing rate at 1.9% to be bundled. It's either rebates at 10-15% interest or 1.9% interest at retail price. Kinda slimy sales tactic to get you in the door.

I don't understand making a appointment and then it taking almost 2 hours to remove a ruined tire, mount and balance a new tire.
They also neglected to replace the plastic cone that centers the spare tire on the holder. I called and left a message about getting this oversight corrected. No one called back.
