This is the service from days gone bye. In todays world good customer service is a thing of the past, but not at Southwest In Cleburne. So friendly, professional service. MichaelGuthrie, our service representative was so helpful and kept me updated all the way. What one would have thought would take a mouth to fix was done in a week!

I liked the shuttle service they offered, I dropped off my truck and they gave me a ride to work right away then when my truck was ready they came and picked me up so I could get my truck. They don't offer free tire rotation or complimentary car wash.

Warranty work on transfer case output shaft seal was told it would be 4-5 days. Advised my advisor leaving on trip and he got it done within the hour. Excellent service and no leak *Update* 01/08/25. Small leak bottom of output shaft seal. Perhaps a drop or two after driving. A drop can be seen hanging.

We actually did a no no and went for a oil change without an appointment on Saturday, was expecting to be there for a minute, however they got us in and out within 40 minutes, I was pleased with the service and timely manner, the service writer was great to deal with as well and that's saying something!

I was in for a recall and oil change. Service was great. I had to leave my car for the day so the shuttled me to my house and picked me up the following morning. Both drivers were friendly and made my ride enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place. Knowledgeable, friendly and great customer service!

Service is usually excellent here but this time was a sloppy experience starting service person she did not come get me when Jeep was ready I had to interrupt her as she played games on her cell phone also floor was not vac and received someone else Service receipt for the oil change

Brought it in for an oil change and now when I stop after sitting for a few minutes it starts shaking, rpm drops goes back then drops again and sometimes it dies. They said it was a software issue. Wasn't happening till after the oil change.
