Using CarFax, I located a 2018 Dodge Journey GT. The selling dealer was Southwest Auto Sales near Fort Wayne, Indiana. I used the online "request for more information" feature on CarFax. The salesperson from Southwest Auto Sales, Allen Miller, promptly contacted me and asked if I had any questions. I advised Allen that I was heading out of town for a two week vacation and that I would like to see the car once I returned from vacation. Allen promptly followed up with me and advised the car was still available. My wife and I test drove the vehicle and loved it. Southwest Auto had the car priced aggressively so the only question was the trade-in value they were going to give on my two trade-in vehicles. We were able to come to terms so we purchased the Dodge Journey. Allen then introduced me to Bryan Buss, the Service Advisor, to take care of future oil changes and maintenance. I found my interactions with all personnel at Southwest Auto Sales to be excellent - everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
