It was fine. They did the warranty work as they said they would would only did the right axle and not the left. I'm hearing a little noise from the left but the car does have $150,000 miles on it so there you go. They did the usual attempt to upsell or they tell you you need a bunch of stuff you don't really need. In this case tires brakes and alignment. You can look at the tires and see there's another 20,000 miles on them. No cups or uneven wear. I've had to check brakes check twice in the past 6 months and everyone says they're fine. The last time was a month ago had a highly rated local mechanic who had no incentive to not do the work other than being honest. But as I said typical. Which is why I never go to the dealer but had to in this case because of the warranty situation

Total bait and switch - went there because they had sent me an email stating 59.00 for two oil changes. When I got there they told me they would only honor the 59.00 for one as they were under new ownership. On top of that charged me 40.00 for a tire rotation and asked them to re- calibrate my front cruise control sensor. They told me 179.00 to do any diagnostic work and then came back and told me the sensor was fine - which it still is not. They then told me I needed to change brake fluid and since I was already in for 179 asked if I could put that towards the charge for the brake fluid. They reluctantly agreed and the total charge for the brake fluid was 205. I ended up walking out of there paying over 300 for an oil change, brake fluid change and a tire rotation. And they never fixed the problem I asked them to. I will never return and while I live my Pilot the dealership and their service department is a sham.
