Service rep was awesome communicated my status as it changed and apologized for the delay. But the wait to get 4 tires mounted and balanced and then 4 wheel alignment took 4 hours. This was because the shop balancing machine was down and they has to send my car out to finish the job.

Overall the experience was as expected. I have an oil change and state inspection as well as a diagnostic to correct an sos emergency malfunction. The issue I had was why was I charged $16.00 for my state inspection. I have been a customer since 2007 and 4 Jetta purchases and I have never had to pay for an inspection.

Came unscheduled, and they still took care of me in a timid manner. Vehicle has unknown stalling problem. Tested thoroughly but could not replicate. Did not try to up charge me or sell me anything that I necessarily won't need. Will definitely come back.

Had to wait without a vehicle which by the way was all completely under warranty and a manufacturer defect for over 4.5 months. Then after my car was finally "in the shop" to be fixed I had to pay out of pocket for another oil leak that was all supposed to be fixed under warranty! Plus had to buy a new battery since the car hadn't been cranked in over 4.5 months.

Not certain if I trust the mechanics knowledge. Although they were quick to respond to my questions, they did not give me much confidence that they actually knew the answer they answered to my questions. Still a bit skeptical that the repairs really were as expensive as they said, but I had to trust them.
