I waited nearly three hours for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. I wanted all my fluids checked but my bill did not indicate that was done. I scheduled electronically but it seems all I got was what I mentioned to the service rep. Not thrilled with the service. Would I recommend them? They're the only Mazda shop near me.

Still waiting for a phone call from the Service advisor regarding warranty coverage questions I've had and have been trying to get my wipers replaced as well. No one has called back after a visit and a phone call message left by me. Non responsive = bad customer we service. First bad customer service experience from Southern.

My mother's car was towed by AAA 5-28-26. Keys were left in dropbox. We never received a call. I spent a week trying to call. Got the run around with AI assistants, receptionists, leaving messages with no return calls for 7 DAYS. Finally Drove over from Portsmouth myself. They DID NOT KNOW they had the car! All it needed was a battery. Got it fixed in two hours. Most frustrating and ridiculous experience of my entire life.

The service department - especially Ayden Stern, the service advisor - were always courteous and diligent in helping solve the problem so I would continue safely and confidently drive my 200k mile CX-5 reliably

I like that technician, took the time to come and talk to you about whst has been done to your vehicle, and explain why. What i don't like is not speaking to a real person to set up your appt. Because some things was not caught during that conversation, so i did not get a confirmation about my appt. I took the chance of going hopeing gor the best outcome.
