Service was delayed by several daysthey were understaffed apparently and so they kept the car for two days; then it still wasn't started on so I had to bring it back several days later. Then I needed to preorder a lot of expensive parts which I was told would be in in five days. It took several weeks instead, and no one called to let me knowI had to call several times myself.

The service had no issues. Although was in for a recall. No one prior to that stated that was only there to verify part and it had to be ordered. Had oil change done too. Saw on paperwork that tires were rotated.
I guess when you Che k out of service, I'm used to the person Che king you out to tell you what was done versus giving you several pages of receipt and small print. I had to ask.

Walked in and immediately was face-to-face with a great guy and a lady who is very very sweet. I don't remember her name but the guy I dealt with is Sean and he was fantastic. Help me pick out a car I didn't think I was gonna come out with one, but I just thought I would see and look and see what you got, and he sold me on it Appreciate what he did for me. He's very sweet, very nice polite and a good salesman go Navy.

They are great at Southern Kia Lynnhaven, Virginia Beach, Virginia. I love my car and when I get another car, it will be a Kia. This dealership is very diligent when it comes to their customers. Anything you need for your car, they do their best to meet your needs. I will always be a fan of theirs.

With an appointment it took over 3 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and air filter change. Mechanic did not fill out the Quality Care Report Card which is part of the tire rotation service. I paid for it but have no proof that it was properly completed.

My Service Advisor, R.T., has been such a great advisor to me for my Kia that I would not consider going to an other dealer. The maintenance crew has always been so knowledgeable that they let him know what I need to have done. I pray that this is the last car I will ever own!!

Good customer service. All requested service completed on day of appointment. My KIA Optima is in excellent condition and very clean. However, after mandatory recall service of headliner, the interior materials at headliner area were marked badly with dirty, greasy fingerprints.

While the repair was covered under warranty, it was still a poor experience. The service department never answers their phones. Ultimately, they replaced the engine, but failed to properly re-connect the AC. I got nothing but excuses from the service advisor, who assured that the AC is not touched when a new engine is installed. I would not take my vehicle there again for service.

As always, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The service writer, Mike Tetterson, was professional and friendly. He provided information on needed services but was not pastor aggressive, allowing me to choose the services I had preformed. The service department is through and professional. In the several years I have used Southern Buick, GMC, Kia Lynnhaven I Ave come to trust them. I recommend this dealership.

Mike, the service writer at Lynnhaven Southern Buick GMC Kia is an excellent service writer and gentleman. He look stuff up for me and make sure its covered under warranty and it was and I sat there within two hours. My battery was tested and failed new battery. replaced all tested done keys with no charge because it was still in the bumper to bumper warranty. Great guy Mike did a great job you and your technician.

Horrible experience. They had my car for almost a month. All excuses and no solutions. They didnt have a loaner vehicle or rental services during the time my vehicle was being repaired for a recall. When I was done, they had no pick up service. When I received my car back it was filthy and they didnt have any wash service for customers. Only new vehicles only.

I made an appointment for an oil and filter change. This was an appointment for people who were going to wait for their vehicle. Did not get out from my 9:30 appointment until almost noon. When after an hour of waiting, I asked how much longer it would be. " I don't know, you will have to go out and ask your service advisor." was her reply.

Since picking my car up it is performing real good. They returned my car back in a real clean condition. When I had no transportation back to the dealer to pick my car up they were kind enough to send the shuttle by to pick me up. i was very thankful for that. My service adviser, Tracy., was wonderful and very helpful. I have no complaints with my recent visit at Southern Buick GMC Kia Virginia Beach.

Typical dealer bs / 7:15 Am appt. For state inspection and check front end alignment.. called at 4pm and ask me if I want front end done. I said yes and they were not sure if they could get it done before 6pm when they closed. They did and I told them I would make it by 6pm and to leave keys at desk. Well that did not happen

Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. I waited while my oil was changed and my tires were rotated. I was given a report on the condition of my car and recommended service. The amount of time spent waiting was reasonable. The dealership was clean.
