I was getting a car. Nothing in this area attracted me. I went to Lawton and dealership was wide and clean. I took test drive. It was clean,roomy, and accelerated like big boy. Had to get it. I do Not like tv in cars. I hadn't read manual, but no. It is so distracting. But that was a personal and had nothing to do w/SouthWest Monza. They did thier jobs.

After some failed repairs on my car due to hail last June, I went to Southwest Mazda to have the issues fix. My transactions went smoothly from beginning to end. They even help me with financial stuffs as my insurance won't pay and want me to go back to the same repair shop. All of the staffs were accommodating especially Ms Danielle and Ms Sara. I'll definitely recommend and will go back again for a service. Thanks Southwest Mazda :)

Personal was friendly, but the service to my vehicle seem to be done in a hurry and some items skipped. No review/report for the 5 point inspection was received. Never received an updated windshield sticker to notify me of the next due date/milage. They actually left the old sticker up.
