Of course i like that it was free but i also love the video that i can see what the mechanic sees and have them telling me what is happening with vehicle. You also do extras that help people learn and have something done they are uncomfortable doing! They installed cargo carrier and showed me everything about it! Wonderful!!!

I like the service people who are very friendly and they listen to any complaints. I also like that I didn't have to wait too long for the service. What I don't like is having to change the oil and filter every 4 months. I will be in Florida from Nov 1 to April 1 2026. My car will be left in NY for those months and won't put any mileage on the car for those months. Also I really don't like the 100 dollar price for the oil change.

Did my research. Tires I wanted were ordered and available the next day, and pricing was good. Very happy. The service advisor, Joshua, was very helpful, we discussed some future service. I feel the staff was very friendly, dealership was honest, and I'll be back for future work.

The problem was not found my first visit. Had a loaner for a week.I had to return a few weeks later with the same problem. Got another loaner for a week until the problem was rectified.
I did get a loaner right away and they did fix the problem so I really don't have any complaints
