Technician CHANGED the setting on my headlights. It was light when I began my drive on Highway 75, but when it got dusk/dark, I felt like I couldn't see the highway. I was going 75 mph. I pulled over and saw the reason-my headlights had been turned off. I could have been killed by another driver who couldn't see my car. Why would a technician do that???

Prompt service and continuous email and text feedback with technician videos showing you inspection of your vehicle - that's a nice feature they've added recently. There is always a transmission flush type upsell to make up for the oil change coupons. But I've said no so far and will do it when it is necessary. Other than that, the service advisors are very friendly and courteous.

Rachel costumer service tech was friendly and professional. Went in for an oil change and walked out with new tires (buy 3 get 1 free special). In addition I had an issue with my windshield wiper fluid hose. Unfortunately they didn't have the specific part I needed to fix it so the auto mechanic improvised a temporary solution until we could I order the part and get it fixed. :-)

Sales staff is young and needs better training on subtlety. Unprofessional to be so desperate to sell something. Upselling is great when you know your customers just make sure you know them. Makes people like me mad and walk when you might have had my business.

I took my Pilot in for a recall. The service advisor informed me ahead of time that it would take a 4-5 hours to perform and asked me if I needed a ride home. I had already planned for my wife to pick me up, so I waited for a few minutes in their well apportioned waiting area. Later, I recieved a call letting me know that the work was finished and of course there was no charge.

Decent price for the services I received, got everything finished relatively quickly, customer service was AMAZING, the only complaints I have are that they didn't reset my sensors after completing everything (no big deal) and they didn't have time to do the recall so I have to go back again for that.

The quality of the service department is less than. The new manager Brain cannot compare to the last manager who was above. Brian bashed customer and cities is as the reason they can no longer provide courtesy vehicles. My car was purchased new and it's left me stranded four times and had to be towed.

Wyatt told me on arrival the wait time, then the job was completed in half the time. One nice surprise. I liked the humble and thoughtful attitude of Wyatt. Men or women such as that are a great reflection on your dealership. your waiting room chairs need to be re-padded, however. Timing is important, I received a discount for same work in the afternoon mail, life happens as I know that it was mailed days earlier. Lol
