Too slow, too expensive (labor is charged out at $259 an hour even though the mechanics are probably lucky to get $20 an hour), unclear communications. I got rid of my Hyundai after this experience. This place has gone downhill massively over the past 5 years... both salespeople and service center.

The service person was great at helping understand my request and providing additional supportive info for the future. The challenge was that I needed someone to check my AC it was why I brought it in and the next day my AC is running and sounding really off. Also I couldn't stay another 4-5 hours to do software updates - which seems long for software, nonetheless I could not and will have to come back another day.

Worst experience I've ever had. Customer service is bad, took two weeks to do repairs and a week to get a loaner. When the car was a done there were still panels hanging loose and they asked "oh, did you want us to fix those?" What???? What kind of question is that? They werent off when I brought it in. So much insanity at this place for a dealership that sells luxury vehicles.

Service was extremely poor! They could not figure out how long it would take. They gave us wrong information the last time! We had much out of pocket expense! They even had the wrong vin number for the car! The service contact person was very polite and did his best with the mess.

This was my second time bringing my Palisade to South Point Hyundai for service, and both experiences have been excellent. Scheduling an appointment online is quick and easy, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the quality of service on my vehicle has been outstanding.

Warranty covered repairs with remanufactured engine and parts. It took forever, my vehicle was towed there in late April or May. I know they need to work and get dealer parts. But I didn't get a rental until a week before it was all finished at the end of June.

Took over 1 week to even get my car diagnosed. Then didn't get my car back until after another week. No loaner car. Was out of a car for 2+ weeks. Initially was not contacted at all about my vehicle status. I dropped it off on the weekend and the next business day got no call. Felt like I was nagging the employees just for some small status updates on my car. Unacceptable service. At least car was fixed and picked it up no problem.

Like: the welcoming to the service, service provided seems acceptable. Didn't like: 1) incomplete report of the so called "multi point check" 2) have found that pricing Model is around 30%! Higher than Houston pricing at Hundai dealership. Why? 3) time taking to perform the job, in this case, around 3 hour. 4) no pick up shuttle courtesy service

No follow up on progress, always have to make phone calls, even after got the car back from repairs there were more damages found that wasn't there before. Even though damages was pointed out, service never called or get in touch again.
