Rusty, the representative we dealt with was incredibly nice. Once we got the truck back it was absolute filthy on the exterior, could have at least wiped the grease filled finger prints off. Also it says maintenance check was performed but the rear parking assist sensors are not functioning and this was not even addressed. So, I do not think they even did that part of their inspection.

Brought my car in for a diagnostics because my car had been stolen and later recovered. Once it was recovered I brought it in because of my ABS situation they called me and told me everything i had told them about my car already but never tried to fix my ABS situation

Waiting area was very clean with refreshment and was kindly enough to give out snacks for the wait. Took me in right at my appointment time and did not wait long all at . Everyone so nice and helpful. Definitely going back for all my needs and purchases.

The staff at the dealership worked efficiently on servicing my vehicle. However, the warranty that I have slowed the process down tremendously. The slow response from Assurant caused my vehicle to remain at the dealer for almost two business days instead of potentially getting it back the same day. I refuse to hold the staff accountable for something out of their control.
