After paying over $1500 for new tires and an alignment the car was left parked outside in the sun for 3 days without my sun visor put up, they didn't even wash the car like they usually do then on top of all of it they didn't even charge the car. It had 20% battery left and I had to stop and charge on the way home from work later than night.

Had a 7:30 appointment. Waited until 7:50 for service manager to be available. Not sure how this happens when you have the first appointment of the day. Service managers are always really dismissive to issues and concerns. Have a leak? Oh you'd have to leave it with us for a few days for us to look into that. Premature rust on bumper that has <8k miles, you must have scratched it.

I had to go back after my last service because the "factory reset" they said fixed my fast charging port, didn't. Turns out they couldn't test their work that time because they don't have a fast charger on lot. And apparently didn't bother to take it to one to test. So I had to figure out the hard way that o needed to go back. The re-fix was fairly quick but I'd rather they had been more complete the first time.

The only reason I give 5 stars is because the sales consultant Leandro Cordeiro did an outstanding job. He earned my respect and consideration. However, some departments of South Bay Ford need an urgent change and care. Most of the staff are rude with zero customer service skills.

They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and taken care of especially Brendan our sales man but Jose also did an amazing job helping us with the insurance portion so we could drive it home that evening until we could get our insurance all swapped over since the insurance company was already closed for the day 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy in the near future.

No corrective action was performed. The vehicle still had "Tire Pressure Sensor Fault" notice come on when I am driving. The only way to get it to turn off is to press the "OK" button. I showed up at 6:15 A.M. on a Saturday morning waited there for over two hours and the problem still was not fixed.

it was raining at that time, they could at least fill up the wiper tank with liquid, since it was totally empty.! Everything else was good, incl. the car wash, nice thing , they never asked me what type of oil to be used, I still do not know what oil they used???
