The dealership did contact me via email, but didn't answer questions that I had typed in on the website regarding towing capabilities. The dealership rep said she was forwarding my questions to the sales team (I thought she would have been a sales rep with the authority and knowledge to answer my question) but over a week later and no one got back to me.
