One on one customer service is excellent.
Appointments are a waste of time. Took car in at 10 am. Appt was for 11am. Arrived to pick up car at 3:30. Waited another 45 minutes for work to be finished. Oil change and new wiper blades. Checked brakes and tire pressure but no work needed. They did not reset the tire pressure maintenance system after that so the next day the warning light came on. I had to figure out how to reset myself. Not happy. I would recommend them if appointments actually meant service within an hour or 2.

I have used this shop for my vehicle needs for over 20 years. I've never felt as if they were trying to recommend services that weren't necessary and I have always felt like they explained to me in detail what was wrong in a way I can understand. They are always courteous, professional, and efficient. This shop feels like shops from the 1950's where they respect people, do a good job, and don't attempt to rob you blind unlike many shops these days especially when working with a woman!
