Had an annual WORKS done on my 09 Fusion and 06 Mustang. Katie Stueber was my service rep. All the work was done well on both cars. Katie is continuing the follow thru on a pending repair for the Fusion in the next week. The Soerens staff and facility is always orderly, polite and prepared. Been doing business at Soerens since 2009.

Had an appointment for the service department to pick up my vehicle at 8:30 AM. They showed up at 8:58 AM then they called me some hours later telling me my vehicle was ready and when I went there, I had to wait at least a half an hour for the work to be finished.
