They really try their best to solve all the issues. So accommodating, friendly and professional. To bad GM has made things so difficult with the updates. Made several visits because of the issue with them. I feel bad for the technicians that have to deal with them.

The Service Department is amazing. They have tried their best to update our 2025 Acadia, but GM altered their way of updating. Feel sorry for the techs. They made sure we had the right vehicle when ours ended up in the shop. Very thoughtful and informative.

Took my truck in for AC problems. Was charged $600 for a recharge and was told there was no leak. Very disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. At the time of your appointment, we were unable to locate an obvious leak in the A/C system. In these cases, the standard and most accurate method is to recharge the system and add UV dye. Once the refrigerant level drops again, we can inspect the system using a black light to pinpoint the source of the leak.
While we understand this process can be frustrating, it helps us avoid guessing and ensures the correct repair is made. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly if you have further concerns or would like to schedule a follow-up inspection. We appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
