Service was easy to schedule and completed in a timely manner. They have a small comfortable waiting area for customers who stay while the service is completed. The only disappointment was there was no one onsite to provide a car wash when service was completed.

David Perez is the best service rep of any car manufacturer we have ever dealt with. He is always able to get us an appointment right away and makes us feel very taken care of. Exceeded expectations! Our car had a software fault that made it difficult to drive, so we left it with Smith Friday morning knowing that our service appointment was actually for Wednesday. We were totally surprised on Monday afternoon when they called and said it was ready for pickup.

Smith Volvo was short staffed in the service department when I arrived for my appointment that I had been told it would take only 2 to 3 hours the day before on the phone, so I decided to wait. They did their best to have my car ready in about 4 hours, even though short staffed.
