Clerks are personable and knowledgeable. Technicians will explain any problems in an understandable manner. Although it's a garage, the lobby is clean and inviting. Although nobody wants to wait in a shop. You can be assured that when you get it back, repairs will be done correctly!

They really took great care of my car. They replaced all 4 pads and front rotors. They talked to me about my brakes and prices and gave me options so I could get everything done and stay on a budget. Bought a new set of BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2's, got 105,000 miles on the last set, so bought another set of these tires. Smith Family gave me a good price. Put on and balanced truck rides good. Highly recommend this auto service, have bought 3 sets of tires from this auto service for different vehicles, they have good service and are reasonably priced.
