Perfect service from setting up appointment to leaving. I got 2 reminders the night before about my scheduled service. Even I arrived 10 min. late, they took care of me and my vehicle was ready in less than an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The waiting room was clean with comfy sofas, a tv, free drinks and Wi-Fi. I received a text message with inspection results during my wait. All of the mechanics, coordinator and service consultant were attentive, friendly and hard working. The vehicle status on my screen confirms that the oil was changed and tire pressure inflated to correct pressure.

Smith Chevrolet service department was great. I original appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived for my appointment I had to add some work, I needed a four wheel alignment and four new tires, they said they would get everything done except the new tires, they were to get them the next day. To my surprise, they were able to get it done in one day. Everyone I spoke with was great and stayed a couple minutes after 6 so I could pick up my truck. A great job and my truck also came back cleaner. Thx again for the great service. Bob
