It was easy to get an appointment, I showed up and hung out (with good coffee) for 45 minutes and my oil and filter were changed, everything important was checked-out, and I paid a fair price and then hit the road. Can't ask for more than that.

Came in with a squeaky engine and random misfires, spending $200 in fees for diagnostics, first issue was incorrect diagnostics from this garage ( another $200$ for parts ) being another part being the issue.

During your visit, we conducted a thorough inspection and identified several issues, including a failed drive belt tensioner pulley, a valve train problem, low engine oil, timing chain concerns, and an issue with your aftermarket PCV system. While we provided recommendations for further diagnostics and repairs to address these matters comprehensively, no repairs were performed on your vehicle here.
Regarding the misfire issue, we recommended removing the passenger valve cover to inspect for valve train damage, assessing the secondary timing chain for wear, and performing a leak-down test to evaluate the integrity of the valves and piston rings. Given the complexity and labor-intensive nature of these diagnostics on this particular engine, we requested your approval in advance to ensure transparency about the associated costs before proceeding, which you declined.
As part of our standard process, if had we performed the drive belt and tensioner replacement, we would have inspected all related pulleys while the belt was removed. This step helps ensure no other components are contributing to the issue and supports a complete and lasting repair.
Following your return visit, we reinspected your vehicle and confirmed that the persistent drive belt noise was resolved after the tensioner and belt were replaced. The intermittent squealing you mentioned afterward, however, did not occur during the initial diagnosis or during the reinspection, which can make diagnosing such intermittent issues challenging.
We strive to provide thorough diagnostics and well-informed recommendations based on the details and symptoms observed at the time of inspection. Thank you for your feedback, and we wish you the best in resolving your vehicle's concerns.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and the attention to other items that were revealed during the inspection. I was disappointed that the Techs didn't notice that the splash shield had come untethered. But all and all I was most happy with the service
