It was easy to get an appointment, I showed up and hung out (with good coffee) for 45 minutes and my oil and filter were changed, everything important was checked-out, and I paid a fair price and then hit the road. Can't ask for more than that.

As always, the onsite experience was top-notch. The reason this isn't a 5-star rating is the website. Making the appointment was difficult - it might have been a unique experience, but if I'm not the only person to mention it, the website managers need to do some work to make it easy, always.
I will be coming back, however.

Wait time was a lot longer than they had estimated. I had to return a 2nd time to have the windows reset (3 don't open after you disconnect the battery). I wish they had tested the battery the week before as part of their "safety check" which they did with the oil change.

Once we identified the issue, we acted quickly to resolve it by resetting the passenger window using the door switch, as the other windows were functioning properly. The pictures included in the initial assessment really help understand the complexity and interrelated systems within the vehicle. Initial task was to replace the serpentine belt. Pictures from initial assessment showed proximity of water pump to work being performed. The slight Leak detected in the water pump while not puddling yet could have been a second labor charge. Well done Smart Turn !

I think this company is a good company to work with. The people are very friendly and appear to be willing to help you. However, I am having a little problem with this repair that I just had done. But I've chosen to work with the company until we come to a reasonable solution that we both can agree upon.

Regarding the recent repair, we understand your concern about the parking brake fault and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. After thoroughly inspecting the work we performed, we found no issues with the repairs on the right rear caliper and parking brake motor. We recommended further diagnosis for the left rear parking brake motor, but we understand you choosing to not proceed with that at this time.

A few months ago, they replaced my car's front brakes, but the situation quickly deteriorated to the point where the steering wheel started shaking whenever I applied the brakes. When I brought it back to their service team, they blamed the issue on something else, even though it was clearly related to the brakes they had recently replaced.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for bringing your concerns to our attention, as we take all feedback seriously. I'd like to address the issues you've mentioned regarding the services provided on your vehicle and provide additional context to clarify the situation.
In February, we replaced your front brakes, and five months later, you returned to us for diagnostics related to steering wheel vibration and shaking. During our inspection, we found that your front wheel bearings were excessively loose, which can occur if there has been a recent impact, such as hitting a curb. We advised that these wheel bearings needed replacement, as they are crucial for centering and securing your brake rotors. If the rotors are not properly centered due to damaged wheel bearings, this can lead to steering wheel vibrations during braking and can quickly cause the rotors to warp, worsening the issue.
Additionally, we noted that the control arm bushings were severely torn, which can also contribute to excessive vibrations, particularly noticeable while braking. This was addressed with you during both visits.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and the attention to other items that were revealed during the inspection. I was disappointed that the Techs didn't notice that the splash shield had come untethered. But all and all I was most happy with the service

The professional and friendly service that I received was commendable. They performed a full (and free) inspection of all that was needed for a service of my Camry. Based on the results, they provided sound orientation about the priorities of the services to be performed. These are very hard working people, since I was receiving text messages after 9 pm to schedule my job...and I enjoyed it!

This family run garage provides exceptional customer service, repairs and maintenance. They did thorough inspection of my car, found a major issue i was not aware of and provided pictures and a report as back up. They are very communicative about any issues, costs and provide great information. The office, Garage and waiting room are very clean and their pricing is very reasonable. I recommend them highly.
