I like the ability to make appointments. However, I took the car in at 10am with the promise it would be done by the end of the day. They didn't get to it and had to keep it overnight. I should have elected to take the complementary rental car. Also, the checklist indicated that tires were at 35 lbs, but I checked them when I got home and they were still at 29 lbs.

I liked the quick turnaround and friendly service. I didn't like having everything from my glove box laying on the front seat after service. I understand that the techs need to access the cabin air filter through the glove box, but I had never had everything on my front seat before. Other than that, great as always!

Service guy was nice, no problem. However, they really screwed up my settings. The dashboard is all wrong and I can't reset the settings. I pushed the #1 seat button, instead of the seat going back, it went forward against the steering wheel. At least I was able to reset that.

That's definitely frustrating, and you shouldn't have to wrestle with seat or dashboard settings after a service visit (especially when the seat tries to become one with the steering wheel). Service was great. Issues with the online authorization of extra line items to be repaired. It glitched and calculated 2X multiple line items when only 1X of one line item is what was trying to be authorized. Had to speak with Service to get that ironed out.

Oil change was fine. Very frustrated that no one at dealership can tell me how to get rid of the drive connect that comes up on the screen except for subscribing to it. Also thought that buying the Highlander platinum version it would include automatic start. Again appears it needs the subscription to drive connect. Would not buy another Highlander or Toyota generally again. Would go back to Lexus or Acura.

Smart sold us a Maintenance package in 2022 with 5 oil changes and tire rotations. We only used two. They told us it is expired and would have to pay $150 for the service. Definitely on the higher end. In addition, they had to order an oil filter that added time to our express appointment. The main reason we chose Smart was the Maintenance package we were sold. We will not be going back

At check-out I told my service writer (Sergio) that my rear windshield wiper wasn't clearing the window cleanly. It was very streaky. He said that they could replace it but would charge me $20 & that I'd have to wait awhile (unknown time). I didn't have time to wait that day. Come to find out that wipers are covered no charge in my extended warranty. I was also supposed to get a free car wash in my extended warranty and didn't.

I'm not a fan of them always pulling my air & cabin filter, only to hear the inflated cost to replace them. I'm not going to do significant repairs, but changing a filter is something anyone can do, and I never understand why shops need to overcharge for this. These replacements should be offered at cost or as a loss leader to establish trust when quoting for significant repairs. Instead, it leads me to shop for the repair.

Due to a previous mistake I had to come back. When I did return I was not on the schedule. Toyota did resolve the mistake with a small discount but this should have been caught. (4WD vehicle needs all 4 tires replaced. Only 2 were replaced.)Luckily My friend caught it. The tech did own the mistake n repeatedly apologized.

My car was eventually fixed; however, the lack of loaner cars over the two weeks my car was being fixed meant that I was without a car for about half that time. I also noticed when I returned home, that the pressure of the spare tire had not been checked. Because the dash light of low tire pressure goes on whenever the spare tire is low, I think the spare tire's pressure should be checked each time. The car was in the shop for 2 weeks.

My appointment was to have a tire replaced and the tires rotated. When I brought the car in a couple of weeks ago, my service manager, Justin, told me that a tire with a gash in the side needed to be replaced. The new tire had to be ordered. Yesterday, my service rep, Ian, said the tire did not need to be replaced. That experience lowered my confidence in the service department.

Didn't care for the ridiculous price estimate (over $800 including the diagnostic) to get a blower motor resistor replaced. Also didn't like the grease/grime left on the passenger's seat by the tech who was working under the glove compartment to perform the diagnosis. At least the detail shop cleaned it up for me in less than 30 minutes. Shouldn't have happened to begin with though.

Was without my vehicle for a month. When I got my truck back my LED footwell lights (including Bluetooth controller) were pulled off and hanging. They no longer work and of course no one at Smart informed me that this had happened. If you're going to damage something on my vehicle the least you could is give me a heads upor maybe fix it or reimburse me to get it fixed. Not impressed with my experience(s) at Smart the last few years.

I went just for oil change and it was fast service. Sometimes I feel like they really check on my car but sometimes it's not the same feeling. I guess it is all depending on who is chequeen or maybe they are too busy. I hear that as well from other people. Sometimes it is too expensive that we are thinking twice about bring the car there. Spent $1300.00 dollars and the problem still exists. Provided them with the correct part that they said should fix the problem and then they said they wanted to try the same part again with no success either time. Was told they didn't know what to do next and had no plan but to spend more money with no plan for next steps. Quite disappointing.

Nobody there knew anything about my vehicle service on my recall. I was told at the time they broke some clips while removing the headliner, and would need to order new ones that were backordered. Never received a call if these parts came in. Plus with my oil change they totally changed my driver's dash settings I had on my car.
