The service manager took my Explorer in right away. Two issues were bought to my attention. I had Smart Ford take care of one issue during the visit. The other issue I took care of myself. The waiting time seemed about right for the services performed. The service person I dealt with was courteous and professional. The cost for the service was reasonable for a dealership. Overall a positive experience.

In other words, it didn't cost me an "arm and a leg" to obtain the inspection sticker as they didn't suggest any unnecessary repairs in order to have a new inspection placed on my vehicle. I like to be able to trust the mechanic's opinion. In this case, they earned my trust.

My appointment was at 10:30...it took an hour just to take my car back. Over a hour after that so over two hours. The time to do the service was not bad if they would have started nearer appointment time. I usually bring my son and/or grandkids with me, since I watch them. I had my 2 month old grandson. The kid room has no air. The other waiting room was too crowded for us to sit in. It started to get very hot in there. We were overcharged and my husband had to go back in and get the mistake corrected. I have had a much worse service there when the kids and I waited over six hours in that room and was told we could not get a rental. I had another service where the mechanic actually came and angerly told me why hadn't I responded to his text. He had texted my husband who was not with me. No apology at all. I have had services that did go over the years.
