Car was in for frequent CUE screen going blank. They called and said car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, discovered the problem was not repaired. They did some ancillary updates which were Manufacturer warranty, I did not ask for them. Got a $90.- carwash out of the visit.

Very helpful. The service manager worked with me at no charge to figure out the source of a water leak (clogged drain) and sent me to their collision center to have it fixed because it would be less expensive there. Ron at the collision center was also very helpful...problem solved.

I went in for a recall and oil change, it was suppose to take 1.5 hours. After two hours I began to wonder why I was not updated. I waited another hour, no update. After the forth hour I asked for an update. The guy checked and came back and then said the oil change was almost done. I received no updates during this time. Others that were waiting were as mad as me. Service was not good at all

They didn't have the parts required in stock, which I anticipated. The courtesy wash that I was offered was never peformed, although they did go ahead and notify me of $1,200.00 in additional, recommended services they could perform while the car was at the dealership. Looking forward to next week when they repair what I originally went in for.

Everything they did to vehicle was fine. But its when they tell you this needs done and that needs done, bottom line i needed new wiper blades I purchased them myself. for the reason the blades are way too expensive and thats a star in the services hat because they recommended the blades. Ever since TROY left the service department. I do not fill comfortable anymore, i feel like a number not a valued customer. I have been coming to the dealership for over 20 some years now and looking for a new dealership. If I buy my GMC I have Rob sell it to me no one else. I nmust don't have trust anymore at Smail GMC.I also needed air filter and box filter which was going to cost close to $300. I went elsewhere to another dealership I know we will leave it at that and got the same parts to put in vehicle for way less. There are many dealerships to choose from and unfortuneatly Smail is failing my Trust. You want to have the customer spend as much money as he can. The integrity is gone. I was looking to buy a new vehicle but will keep this one. I have always let Smail do my work on my vehicle. But why do you have to push to tell the customer he needs this and that,. Its like the service department is rewarded for what he sells not taking care of the customer. It seems like customer service is lacking and I am not the only one who is not happy with the service department at GMC.
